Savitribai Phule Pune University boasts a picturesque campus, set among lush green lawns adorned with beautiful fountains from the British era that enhance its beauty. The SPPU campus comprises two main buildings; the architecture of the main building is very attractive and includes four halls: Yashwantrao Chavan Sabhagriha, Sant Dnyaneshwar Sabhagriha, Shivaji Sabhagriha, and Sant Gadge Maharaj Sabhagriha. It was established on 10th February, 1949, under the Poona University Act. Because of its beautiful architecture, it is popularly known as the 'Oxford of the East.'

In Punjab based on NIRF ranking three universities are excelling namely Chandigarh University, LPU and Chitkara. Out of these three Chandigarh University is top most ranked. The infra and facilities are also of world class level.  So, I would recomended CU.

You have scored 64% in 10+2 and above 95 percentile in JEE Main B.Arch 2025, and not fulfilling eligibility 75% board for NITs/IITs through JoSAA, however, if board cutoff applies in your favor, you can qualify under the top 20 percentile clause.

About 95+ percentile (rank ~5,000-7,000) have bright chances to get into NITs such as NIT Trichy, NIT Calicut, or NIT Hamirpur for B.Arch, which had 2023 closing ranks of 1,000-6,000 for open category (OBC slightly higher). One other option is SPA Bhopal or SPA Vijayawada (closing ranks ~2,000-5,000). Reservation helps a lot for the OBC ranks.

For admission to BArch programme, the college accepts NATA scores. Apart from this, the candidate must have a minimum of 50% aggregate in Class 12 examinations with Mathematics as a compulsory subject. Candidates with a Diploma are also eligible to apply for admission. The total number of seats offered through BArch programme are given below: 

The B.Arch course fee in Apeejay School of Architecture and Planning (Apeejay Institute of Technology - School of Architecture & Planning), Greater Noida, is around INR 87,466 annually. For the entire 5-year duration, the total cost of tuition will be around INR 4.37 lakh.The intake capacity of the institute for the B.Arch course is 120 seats and is approved by AICTE and COA, affiliated with AKTU.
