I personally suggests you to go with CSE branch as it has wide scope and you will not be bounded to only one field.

B.Sc Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning is an interdisciplinary undergraduate programme that combines the basics of computer science, mathematics and artificial intelligence. It will be difficult to gain admission to VIT Vellore, but you can secure a seat in CSE. It will probably fall into the fourth category if you are accepted. In other VIT branches, your chances are better. You can secure a seat at VIT Chennai, albeit most likely in the third or fourth category.
