In 74.96 percentile, it is little bit difficult to get NIT to SC category in CSE branch.
But, you can also try for other branch in same NIT, because in CSE cut off is high. Best of luck.

Eligibility Criteria
Candidates who have passed10+2 level examination with individual pass marks in Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics or Biology both in theory and practice and 50% aggregate marks in the above subjects are eligible for admission. Total Fees: INR. 1.58 Lacs.
