Hi,
Institutes in India such as IISC, IIT Bombay, IIT Madras are also world known and in recent years they have achieved a lot. Getting into universities such as MIT, Georgia Tech etc. Will no doubt give you an edge, in the form of more advanced research and infrastructure, more practical knowledge and the international exposure. However securing a job abroad is not easy and will depend on your academic and research performance. Where you choose to study will depend on your career goals, where you want to settle, do you prefer global experience and more practical studies or more theory. Certain points in this regards:
(#1) Only PCB wouldn't help. Some entrance exam requires maths as a mandatory subject also because of the huge involvement of physics, mechanics and astronomy. It is really important to have strong understanding of physics, chemistry and biology. Do not worry if you are not good with maths as you can still do something with the other subjects. You must remember that as far as Astrobiology is concerned you will be mainly self-taught.

There are not many colleges offering astrobiology degree. After the completion of a degree in science you can do Masters in this field. But M. P. Birla Institute of Fundamental Research of the Bharatiya Vidya Bhavan will conduct a short-term, evening course in astrobiology for undergraduate students. You can contact this college for more details.

There are multiple universities who accept an entrance exam known as JAM, it is held by IIT-Karaghpur this year and if you get a good score, you will get a chance to join IITs. On the other hand, the University of Pune is offering their own entrance exam. This university has a centre known as IUCA (Inter University Centre for Astrophysics). The professors from IUCA come and teach M.Sc classes (it's written on the website of IUCA). You can look into this option if you want to pursue your career in astrophysics. Other researcher institutes offer another exam known as JEST you can apply for that and get into IIA (Indian Institut

Try for IIST or IISC, Bangalore, because by doing Bachelor's degree from here, you can directly get to ISRO or DRDO like big government organization. So, go for JEE Main and try to get the rank below 300, if you belong to general category for aeronautical engineering or if you are unable to achieve, then go for IIT or IIIT only for aeronautical engineering.
