This depends on the visa officer, who will check your file. You have number of backlogs, so until and unless, you have a good profile other than the backlogs, then the chances are hard.

MBA specialization is more about your interests and career plans. You must write excellent career goals essay for admissions into a MBA abroad program, if you don't have clarity over your own goals admissions will be tough. You can check the university websites and check the specializations they offer, check the individual curriculum and career outcomes.

Hi Ashi,
No course can guarantee you PR or even a job. If you want to check the job opportunities, you should check the skilled occupation list or SOL of Australia to see the skills in demand. You can see programs related to mining, energy management, IT, education etc which are some of the popular job sectors in Australia. Choose to study as per your interest and career plans.

SP Jain Institute is one of the reputed institute of India and if you are getting scholarship then you may go for it. Although American you can pursue but better would be to go for graduation from India and then if you want you can pursue Post Graduation from other countries. You will definitely get a good exposure at SP Jain Institute.

Mechanical engineering is listed under the Skilled Occupation List (SOL) of Australia, so it means the profession is in demand and mechanical engineers are required. The job prospects are good, but it will depend on how talented and academically strong you are.
You can check the below mentioned link to know about SOL:
https://www.border.gov.au website.

Hi Mitul,
Australia offers high salary package to the engineers and the expenses are quit less. The living cost is also low. There are many opportunities as compare to New Zealand. There are around 80% non-Australian students get job in the first 3 month after their studies.

Hi,
You can take either of these two but IELTS scores are more popular. Check with the universities if they have any particular preference, normally they accept either of these. So, it's a decision you need to take.
