You have not specified the PG course you want to pursue. However, I will give you the basic process for the same. First, select the course you want to pursue and then find out which universities offer the same and what are the academic and IELTS requirements for the same. You will need to give your IELTS exam and get a score of overall 6.5 with no band less than 6 and have a minimum of 65% in your final year (UG). Some Universities may have a higher cut-off. The admissions are not done on the basis of IELTS scores. Your overall band is indeed low, however you need to mention your education background, scores and what you intend to study. There are bridge courses offered by the universities, which you can enroll into.
