Dear Mohammad, I am not sure if you will find a Masters in VLSI. The subjects you mentioned are part for electronics and communication. Take a look at University of Melbourne, The Australian National University, The University of Sydney, RMIT University, Queensland University of Technology (QUT) and The University of New South Wales (UNSW Australia). Please check the Australian ranking table to get a list of the best universities in the continent.

Both the courses have their own significance. For example, if a student is from the business background like BBA, and wants to make a career in the business field, then he can opt for MBA. The student having a keen interest in accounts can opt for accounting.
The student opting for MBA will come across the following subjects or fields - customer relationship management, marketing, organizational behavior, human resource management, business communications, etc.
Whereas, the one going for Master of Accounting will study core accounting subjects like financial analysis, accounting, statistics, accounting in ERP, and financial derivative. I

Hi Sam,
With so many backlogs you must prepare your application carefully, and with a very good SOP. Please check the course list on Shiksha, and visit the university's website.

Yes, there are lots of good universities Masters. It depends upon the grade which you have achieved in your UG, and english requirement test such as GMAT, IELTS or TOEFL. If you have scored well, then no issues in getting referral for a good university abroad.
Even I am trying for my Masters in the UK. I suggest you to check in UK as well because the course you requested for is available in Edinburgh Napier University. It is one of the most popular university for MBA and other international business studies.

Hi Satyam,
If your university is recognized by UGC for this particular course, you may very well apply to Australia or any other country provided your profile is good enough. If you have selected any colleges, write to them directly with CV.

Hi Aashis,
You must contact the universities directly for Ph.D admissions. Universities in UK generally do not offer funding or scholarships for Ph.D. You can try for universities in US and other countries. It is hard to suggest a name as Ph.D admissions are a different league altogether. Refer to a few websites like QS and check the top university websites if they are offering research opportunities in Life Sciences/related areas. Write to the department head or whatsoever for the process and funding options.
