For doing job, we all know that Canada is not well populated country. And so, competition is much lesser than in Australia. Besides that, there is always requirement of skilled human resources. And there are oil rigs in Alberta, which provides many great opportunities, in oil & gas sector if interested.

Which course you should study is to be decided by you and needs to be done basis your interest. All the areas you mentioned are completely different. I will suggest you to surf more on the career outcomes of these areas and see what interests you. Personally, I would go for nutrition as people are getting more and more fitness aware and looking for nutrition experts. You should know your interests and aptitude firstly and then decide.
