As far as universities go you can google them up.You would need an IELTS score of overall 6.5 with no band less than 6.

You may have to retake IELTS. Is 5.5 the total score? IELTS requirement also differs from campus to campus, program to programs. In Australia you can pursue ELICOS if you don't meet the requirements. You must also mention which level of study you intend to do so I can guide you better.
