You can refer to the ADC offical website for the Practical examination handbook. There are number of coaching centers in India such as DSTC India, Ahead Academy and so on. You must contact the centers for preparation/ study materials. Since I am not in a position to endorse any brand here please look up the net for contact details of ADC coaching centers. Hope this helps.

The finance criteria for all Universities/Colleges in Australia are the same. The criteria required is by DIAC the visa issuing authority. You should show own or sponsor-owned funds equivalent to the full fees of the course applied for and one year's living costs plus incidentals, currently a total of AUD 20,000/- plus fees and these funds must be at least 6 months old, you may also show student loan and this is the most preferred option. Fees range from AUD 20,000/- to about 30,000/- per annum. So on the higher side, it can be a total of AUD 80,000/- which is about INR 44 lacs.

Us&Canada it will be 18 lakhs TF. and 12 lakhs LE. Aus & NZ it will be 23 lakhs TF and 12 lakhs LE
Uk it will 12 lakhs TF and 10 lakhs LE. This figure is approximate for the purpose of comparison. Depends upon the University It may cost 2to 3 lakhs more also will come. High ranking universities it still costs more

In my view evaluate other countries to pursue Automobile Engineering. Look at destinations like Germany, US, UK to pursue the same. Also, if you still wish to consider Australia, there are chances for you to recover your living expense through part time jobs but recovering your tuition fee as well would be difficult. Hope this helps!

Could you please clarify your question. Do you mean easy to clear here in India or are you taking the exam in Australia, both IELTS and PTE have the same standards, the only difference is that getting exam slots for PTE is easier and more frequent that IELTS and results are also much faster, so if you are pressed for time then i suggest PTE.
