The oil industry has quite a lot of potential. But if your passion is in automobiles then you are in the wrong field. On the other hand, CTC would be much superior in oil industry only. May be you should allow yourself a couple of years in present employment and then review.

According to me, you should go for automobile engineering in B.Tech. After that you can pursue MS in automotive and software engineering as Masters.

In order to pursue a UG course, firstly you need to be proficient in German language (This is specific to UG courses). Then you need to meet any of the below requirements:
1. Meet their entry test requirements (Specific and available with few Universities - Look at KIT for e.g) -
2. U need to have 13 years years of education to pursue a UG course
3. Crack the IITGEE (or whatever the latest exam is called)
4. Clear the German entrance exam for UG applica
