On the basis of your percentage, you can do B.E abroad for that first you have to fill the form of different abroad universities. They will check your bio-data and if you are eligible, they will continue with further process.

Yes, you can because Automobile Engineering itself is a branch course of Mechanical Engineering. So, there would be no problem for you if you do Masters in Automobile Engineering.

I would like to suggest that Diploma in Automobile Engineering is more job oriented than compared to that of Diploma in Food Production. There are more requirement of Automobile Engineering all over India as well as abroad.
