On the basis of your grades check top ranked universities in US and Canada such as University of Toronto, Carnegie Mellon University, Cornell University, University of British Columbia, University of Waterloo, University of California Los Angeles, etc.
However, you have to research on the various admission requirements and keep in mind your country choice and career plans, budget, etc. and narrow down your university choices accordingly. Shortlist 5-7 universities likewise.
