Hi,
This course is always in demand and so the cutoff range can be expected between 98% to 90% till the last round.
Also it depends upon the caste category.
So in case you are willing to take admission in this course then keep your best 4 percentage high because there are others in the que wanting to apply for it.

Teerthanker Mahavir University is one of the India's top private university. It does not provide B.A(Hons.) English but it does provide many more courses.

You can go for Masters, then after clearing UGC NET, you can became lecturer in any reputed university. Or, you may choose journalism or Mass communication. If you are fluent in your speaking skill, you may join any MNC. Other options are blog writing, editing etc. Hope this helps.

I think, English hons. is not your cup of tea. So, it is better for you to move on and get stick to some other course, which suits your personality, and which is capable to fill up your interest line course/subject. Hope this helps.

The University had an English department, Master's programme and M.phil also, but they doesn't provide BA English hons.

Placements on the campus are decent. The salary package goes up from INR 6 lacs per annum to INR 12 lacs per annum depending on the company and the competency of the candidate. Many good and reputed companies come for the placements. Around, 70 percent of the students got placed from the college itself.
