The selection process for the BA LLB (Hons) course at Kirit P. Mehta School of Law is entrance-based. The university accepts the relevant scores of CLAT/NMIMS LAT. Moreover, after achieving a valid score in the mentioned entrance exam, candidates are required to go through a counseling process conducted by the college.

The eligibility requirement to get admission into the BA LLB (Hons) course is that candidates must complete their Class 12 with a minimum aggregate of 50% from any stream. Moreover, for the admission process, the university accepts the relevant scores of entrance exams. The accepted entrance exams for this course are CLAT and NMIMS LAT, followed by a counselling process. Candidates with a valid score in any of the entrance exams can get enrolled in the course.
