With 88% in 10+2 (in top 4 subjects) they'll give you 50% scholarship (but not in Noida branch, you need 90% for that) & 100% scholarship on 93% in class 12th. There is no hidden policy regarding the scholarship. If you're eligible for 100% scholarship, then you'll study for free. They won't take a single penny from you. You have to continue scholarship every year by coming in the top 10% or 20% of the class strength. Now, I come to your question. As per the eligibility criteria, the candidates seeking admission for 5-year integrated B.A., LL.B., Degree course at the asked college should have passed 10+2 examination of the Board of Intermediate Education, Andhra Pradesh or any other Board examination recognized as equivalent thereto with 45% aggregate marks in group as well as languages and must have qualified in the LAWCET held in every Academic Year.
Candidates not appearing for LAWCET or not qualifying in the LAWCET can also seek admission under the B category or management category seats. Therefore, you can get admission here under management quota.

Yes, there are entrance exams for UPES. it conducts its own exam UL-SAT and also considers CLAT score along with 12th merit. please check this link
