The salary packages are decided on various criteria and the quality and knowledge of a candidate. In the field of law which is such a dynamic one cannot give an exact salary. The current market situation, when compared with other fields, is ranged between 3.5 L-4.5 LPA. A candidate interested has to serve a probation period (usually demanded by the companies) for a period of 6 months to 1 year depending on the type of work. The candidates at the same time bag a package over 6L-8L per annum depending on their resume. An interested candidate in field of law should firstly choose his/her zone to work and intern as much he/she can.
