As per the eligibility criteria, the candidates seeking admission for 5-year integrated B.A., LL.B., Degree course at the asked college should have passed 10+2 examination of the Board of Intermediate Education, Andhra Pradesh or any other Board examination recognized as equivalent thereto with 45% aggregate marks in group as well as languages and must have qualified in the LAWCET held in every Academic Year.
Candidates not appearing for LAWCET or not qualifying in the LAWCET can also seek admission under the B category or management category seats. Therefore, you can get admission here under management quota.

Yes, there are entrance exams for UPES. it conducts its own exam UL-SAT and also considers CLAT score along with 12th merit. please check this link

The SE quota seats are fixed by the govt. and each university has to reserve seats in accordance with the % fixed. You have to read the prospectus of the course for exact information.
