It changes every year, sometimes there is a high rate of placement of students and sometimes the college is not able to get any companies or firms. There is no such difference between these two courses, both these courses are of 5 years (10 semester). But B.A. LL.B. Honours students are offered courses which have been designed and oriented towards practically and hands on exposure in different domains like International Law, Constitutional Law, Corporate Law, General Law. But these courses are subject to different colleges/universities whether they offer or not.
