Hi Menu, I think you should ask this question to the person who told you that only UK and Canada are the best. Besides these countries, good MBA can be done from USA, Australia, NZ, Singapore, Netherlands etc. Infact, I don't even know if you are eligible for MBA right now. You don't seem to have any work experience plus your percentage is not too good either. You must also take the GMAT.

Yes, you will be asked to appear for the entrance test, and when you clear the test, you will get the admission.

It is not compulsory to do MBA in order to work in a foreign country. It depends upon whether the skills, which you already have are in demand in the country you are interested to apply.
