Netaji Subhas Open University offers Bachelor's degree programme (BDP) in the following areas:
1. History (EHI)
2. Political Science (EPS)
3. Sociology (ESO)
4. Public Administration (EPA)
5. Education (EED)
The eligibility criteria for above programs is passed 10+2 examination or equivalent (Arts or science only) with 45% marks. So, if you have completed class 12th in arts or science then you are eligible. Further, you will not get admission in the above courses on the basis of Polytechnic.

Dear Shagufta,
For getting a graduation certificate, you will have to clear the exams. The exams might occur semester wise or annually, depending upon the college. Avoid backlogs as they might increase the tenure of graduation. It is similar to HSC, but the only difference is that instead of 1 year, you have now 3 years and you have to pass in each year.

Yes, you can apply for CS exam. There is no limitation regarding the percentage criteria.
