Hi,
Eligibility for IGNOU B.Ed Candidates with at least fifty (55) percent marks either in the Bachelors Degree and/or in the Masters Degree in Sciences/Social Sciences/Commerce/Humanity, Bachelors in Engineering or technology with specialisation in Science and Mathematics with 55% marks or any other qualification equivalent thereto, are eligible for admission to the programme. So, you are not eligible for this course.

After completing class 12th arts, you can choose any of the course be it BA or BA Social Science. BA Arts is a traditional programme that many students pursue who are from arts background.
