MA in history from BHU is a good.
As you have done your BA from DU you should try for DU first.
I would like to give you a personal opinion, as you have done your BA in history, you can option for MA in archaeology if you are interested.
The colleges to pursue archaeology are-
ICHR, New Delhi
Archaeological Survey of India, Delhi
MS university of Baroda
Mumbai University
University of Madras, Department of Indian History and Archaeology
Banaras Hindu University

To appear for the UPSC or civil services exam all you need to do is graduation degree.
There are some eligibility criteria like educational qualification, age limit, Nationality and no. of attempts that candidates should check before filling the application form.
You need not to pursue any other courses for civil services exam. If you want to prepare along with your graduation, join a good coaching institute or buy good study material.

You can't change your course in the final year. You will have to complete your B.Sc to get a graduation degree.
Work hard and try to clear all the subjects in B.sc and after Graduation you can choose other stream.
