National law schools are the best ones.
If you really want to make it to a top national law school, then make it a point to read the newspaper daily and work on your vocab and reasoning. Your elementary mathematics must be up to the mark and practice a lot of static general knowledge and legal reasoning.

Nitish, yes you can go for Bachelors in Physical Education. Its eligibility criteria is class 12. But then most of the universities offering the course conduct a Physical Eligibility test.
Check with some of the universities like Lovely University, Kanpur University, Banasthali University, etc that are offering various courses in Physical Education.
These universities offer the required facilities for Physical Education students along with good scholarships and placements.
Check their websites for more details.
Good luck.

You can do it in Madhya Pradesh. There are some institutions in Bhopal, Gwalior and Indore which are good. Two of them are Amity University, Gwalior and School of Journalism and Mass Communication in Indore. If you want to do it outside you can do it in Delhi. There are many colleges under DU whose Mass Communication is really good. You can also try for St. Xavier's College, Kolkata.
