Yes. Migration from SOL to regular colleges allowed with following conditions:
1. You should not have any backlong I.e. you must have cleared all the subjects
2. The respective college should have seat and you must get the percentage in BA first year to compete with other students in merit.
3. You need to submit NOC from SOL.

Depends on the college you to take admission. There are many colleges affiliated with the university, so it gives a lot of scope to the students with ranks crossing 4-5k to get admission.

Symboisis is the best option if you are looking for colleges in Pune for Bachelors in Journalism and Mass communication.

You have to give LLB CET such as DU LLB CET in Delhi, MH Law CET in Maharashtra and if you are looking for a specific deemed or private university, their CET. National Law University does not offer 3 years law hence options not available please check other prescribed minimum qualification.
