Yes, you can do MBA after completing BA but your graduation marks must be above 50% marks and for SC/ST candidates, 45% marks are required. Also, your graduation degree must be completed from a recognized university,

You are not eligible for NITs as they require at least 75% in class 12th.

BA is just a degree if you want to prepare for government sector. BE is a professional degree if you want to get into private sector.

If you don't want to skip a year before you crack CLAT then you can choose this alternative. Lucknow University is fairly good.
