Hi Bhawesh,
If you wish to become a lawyer and be able to practice in the court of Law, you will have to complete the 3 year LLB program for which the eligibility is a graduation in any stream.
Different law Universities and colleges conduct different law entrance exams, to admit students to their courses, like NET (National Entrance Test), CLAT (Common Law Admission Test), Department of Law University of Delhi take admission through a common Entrance Test for all the three Law Centres (Campus Law Centre, Law Centre-I and Law Centre-II).

Hi Chandan,
It's unfortunate that you dropped out in the middle for 2 years which has delayed your graduation.
You need to contact the institute officials personally for specific admission details as it differs from one college to another. You may also consult your previous college, if they can re-consider your case. I would request you to contact your Head of Department regarding the procedure set forth by the college.
However, you may pursue your graduation via distance or correspondence mode of learning. There may be some difference in Correspondence and Regular course, i would say it varies from one subject to the other also from one

All the three institutes mentioned by you are equally good and thus it will be very difficult to tell which one will be the best option.
However, we can help you with the parameters that you can keep in mind while choosing an institute among the three. You can consider the below parameters
1) Faculty,
2) Affiliation / Recognition
3) Course Material,
4) Quality Education,
5) Fees
6) Infrastructure
7) Success Rate.
8) Placement
9) Top recruiting companies.
Also, if possible go through the alumni speak section to get an idea what the alumni thinks about the institute.
