The best way to get a college through JEE Mains score is shiksha's college predictor. After that just go for the counselling of that college.

You can get a private college for B.Arch with your score.

Your chances are null of getting admission in any government college with 221 marks in JEE Mains paper 2.
Above 300 marks are considered good for admission in a government college.
