B.Arch

Yes, you can get admission in a good college for B.Arch. You just need to qualify JEE Mains paper 2 with good marks. You need to score a minimum of 75% in HSc too.

Jadavpur University accepts JEE Mains paper 2 rank. Previous year's cutoff for Jadavpur University was around 11k for general category students.

I will suggest you to choose B.Tech over B.Arch because placement is good in B.Tech even in an average college while even top colleges of B.Arch are unable to provide 100% placements.
