In which state are you looking to take admission in? It would be better, if you specify. Otherwise, you have a big list of colleges.

NATA marks of around 70-80 and class 12th marks of 75%-85% would be required to join Chandigarh University for B.Arch.

First of all, you just have to do NATA exam. On the basis of your NATA score, you will get colleges of B.Arch. And then, you will get admission.

No, a student needs to clear 10+2 with minimum 50% along with NATA/ IIT JEE Paper 2 eligibility for admission in architecture.
