This range is very high so I'll give you brackets and then you can compare colleges which falls under that category.
If you rank a 245-250 plus then top SPA and NIT is confirmed.
Somewhere at 35 you can expect IIT Roorkee, Kharagpur and NIT is still possible
With 205-210 you can click MANIT, NIT Bhopal, other 2-tier NIT is shall also come

There are 9 NITs which offer B.Arch. So to get into one of them a rank of 2000-2500 is good.
You should aim for a score of 200-220 for 2-tier NIT and around 240- 250 to get into the best NITs.

No, you cannot do that as it will be a mess, many students will do the same and it will be difficult for the college authorities to manage

Predicting cut off is a very difficult task as it's based on various parameters like difficulty of examination, number of applicants, the highest marks scored but to have an idea you can check last year's cut off. From this year even the board's marks will not be considered, hence prediction is even tougher.

The required score to get into NITs for B.Arch is between 200-240, with the top notch NITs requiring a little higher score then 240.

Yes, with this score you can definitely get good colleges and also board's marks will not be considered this year.
