Hello Vishnu, if you want to do B.Arch course, you must attempt either NATA or JEE Mains Paper 2, so you must wait till next year.
Or else, you can go for private colleges.
I have the best answer for you- Prepare for NATA and JEE from today onwards and surely you'll crack any of the exams next year.

Hi,
It would be difficult to get any good engineering college with this rank. If you want to go into B.Arch so badly, it would be better of you take a year off, prepare for the exam and give next year, provided, you need to work hard for that.

No, your score should be more than 75% in 12th and around 200 in JEE Mains paper 2 for private colleges.

If you have interest in same field then you should do M.Arch else go for MBA. You need to qualify any entrance test (such as CAT / MAT/ XAT/ NMAT/ CMAT/ GMAT/ NEST) and should also have min of 50% to 55% in your Bachelors. You can do MBA in any specializations of your interest. I am listing below some of the common and most opted specialisation of the MBA course, international business management, agribusiness management, e-business/ e-commerce, financial market, entrepreneurship, finance, human resources management information systems marketing, operations, management strategic/ risk management, technology management.
