I would suggest BGS School of Architecture and Planning to you.

Both the courses you have mentioned have a lot of potential in their own ways. B.Plan is more towards city planning and infrastructure management of a city and architecture is more towards designing buildings and neighborhood's, so scales of both the professions vary a lot. Your choice of course depends on you and your choice i.e which course are you looking forward to.

Admissions are already ending in good colleges, make it as soon as possible.

I cant say as per Your marks about college frm Your JEE marks bt u can apear for NATA and passing out frm good mark with it u can get any good private colleges

B.Arch is a premium course and very less number of colleges in India have Architecture, ofcourse B.Arch admission is very competitive when compared to B.Tech only because of the opportunities one has after they pass B.Arch
