Hi Budheshwar,
B.Com (H) is an undergraduate degree designed to inculcate business acumen in students. You can also pursue courses like Chartered Accountancy along with your B.Com (honors. )A student has the option to specialize in a specific subject like Accounting, etc. Similar to B.Com (H), the difference is that a student can specialize in a certain subject B.Com (H), which is not possible in B.Com (P). In the latter, a student is given an overview of all the subjects taught in the honours course. A student cannot specialize in a specific subject. I suggest you B.Com (Honours)
All the best For Your Future.

You can do CA course along with your B.Com honours from Xavier's but you have to consider following points:
1. While taking admission in CA you have to write a letter to ICAI for the course i.e. B.Com you are doing from Xavier's.
2. In Xavier's College you can submit your registration letter which you will receive from ICAI in order to get some concession regarding attendance because for professional course there is some concession in the attendance.

You may get admission there. Admission into the college is based on a cut off percentage specified by the college. Selection is on the basis of marks secured in the Senior Secondary High School Examination of the CBSE or an equivalent Board. As the number of seats is limited, eligibility does not guarantee admission. Classes begin in July. Kindly go through the link mentioned below to gain an understanding about the Cut offs:
http://www.kmcollege.ac.in/cut-Off-percentages.jsp
Note: There is a 1st cut off list and then followed by 6 of them for admission.

I think, no, because with the certificate of NCC, you can only get grace marks. Not the seat reservation.
