You can always apply in Delhi University but you have to give their exam first to get an admission there.

You could opt either for BBA from colleges which offer great placements which will help in getting a good salaried job, please visit the link for more details :

If you are interested in B.Com you could also enter in good colleges but the salary offered wouldn't be as much as of a BBA student also one could go for BMS which offers a better exposure than B.Com.
