That totally depends on the college in which you are applying. Some colleges usually impose additional eligibility criterion which includes minimum marks you need in mathematics in order to be eligible for the aforementioned courses. It is compulsory to have studied mathematics in class 11th and 12th to be eligible for admission in courses like B.Com (Hons).

You can change your stream. You can pursue BBA. You have to start off as a fresh candidate right from the beginning of the first year. You can also change your stream to any other subject. Make the correct decision regarding the stream, which you want to pursue with. Also, ask your friends from various streams to find out about different subjects and to increase your options.

Okay, first of all I would like to tell you about the concept of best of four. Basically it's the aggregate average of the best four of your subjects, and not a list you're ranked in. So you're best of four is 95.25 (Accountancy, Econ, BSt, Eng). You have to take English because best of four requires at least one language subject. Now, about your percentage. SRCC's cut off barely goes below 97.8%-97.5%. So practically speaking, I'd say it's not but there are other great colleges is DU as well, you can try them.
