You will have to apply online for that. Your percentage for best four subjects will be considered which includes three main subject and one language subject. If you want to pursue B.Com (Hons) then you must have maths as a subject in 12th.

Yes, you are eligible for both the courses. You only need to be a graduate in any stream from a recognised university in order to be eligible to pursue any of these courses.

The Chartered Accountancy course comprise of the following stages:
Common Proficiency Test
Integrated Professional Competence Course
Computer Training
Articled Training
Final Exam
General Management & Communication Skill Course
Since the first stage of the Chartered Accountancy course is Common Proficiency Test, you will have to, first of all, enroll for the same and to be eligible, you must have passed secondary level of examination (matriculation). Please check for your eligibility to pursue B.Com from the criteria mentioned below:
Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com. ): Eligibility
The basic eligibility for admission to any of the B.Com. programs is mentioned below. Candidates must pass in Higher Secondary School examination from a recognised educational board
They should have Maths and English as core subjects
Minimum 50% marks are required at 10+2 level
Although, candidates from Science and Arts stream are also eligible to apply, those with Commerce stream are preferred
There is no work experience required for the course. However, students with work experience can also apply. Regards.
