You may write both, CMA and MBA simultaneously. Both the exams do not clash with each other, and some of the subjects are also in common. But, do remember CMA is not as easy as MBA.

Academic requirements for MBA:
The first and foremost eligibility requirement to apply abroad for an MBA is to have completed a basic Bachelor's level graduation degree. This could be an engineering degree B.E. / B.Tech B.Sc. Eligibility Criteria to apply for LL.B. via entrance exam:
The eligibility criteria for LL.B. is that one should have a BA/ B.Sc/ B.Com degree with a minimum of 40% marks in aggregate, so, yes, you are eligible to appear for LL.B. entrance exam. Regards.

I don't think so that there is any such option of choosing an additional paper. You need to follow the course structure given by the university.
