Two Degrees cannot be done at the same time in the regular mode of studies. I wish to underline the rule that Two Degrees that too as Regular Enrolled Student aren't allowed.

You can apply for NET exam. If you qualify that, you can become a lecturer.
You can start your own business.
Or you can work in any company.

It is very tough to get admission in DU regular colleges.
But you can go for SOL and you can apply in private universities as well.

You may enrol in IGNOU.

You can do B.Com (Hons.) from any government college.

If you have any quota, then you can do B.Com and B.Com (Hons.) from DU but without quota, you can't take admission in DU.
But in private colleges, you can easily take admission.

No, you have to clear entrance for doing M.Com from DU.

To secure admission to UG programs, the candidate should have cleared 10+2 or its equivalent from a recognised Board. Candidates belonging to General category should have obtained a minimum of 50% marks. A candidate can apply to the courses offered at IGNOU either online or offline. However, a candidate must note that IGNOUs online admission system is activated only for Indian Nationals. Admission to a majority of the courses is granted on the basis of merit.

50% is actually mandatory for almost all colleges. Some colleges especially private self-finance campuses and some deemed colleges keep it 45%. Try for campuses below Bharathiyar University you can join any of those.
