Hello Nishar Ahmed, St Paul's Bangalore, which is located near Peenya industrial estate of Bangalore, can be categorised as a minority institution. Such minority institutions do not have any reservations for the under privileged classes of society, but 50% of the seats are reserved for the minority for which the college has been established. Be that as it may the admissions are based on merit and not on any entrance exam whatsoever. The college offers full time courses for Diploma under graduation post graduation and also certificate courses. The minimum educational criterias have been laid down for each of the courses. For undergraduate courses passing of 12th without any minimum past percentage is the norm while for post graduation courses a minimum of 50% marks in graduation has been prescribed by this college for getting admission. College also makes sure that those students who are not very well in studies are offered tuition or coaching in addition to regular classes so that they come up in the academic area. This college was ranked as the 12th best in Bengaluru by India Today group for its arts faculty while it was ranked 18th for its commerce faculty. It's mass communication stream also has received accolades from different agencies.
