No, you can't not write 3rd year paper if B.A. It is not possible. Your options are like this first you can complete the B.Com course and you can apply for the B.A. Or you can directly take admission in the B.A. Course. Now its all up to you what you want to do.

None of the Iims offer the B.Com course. Indian institutes of Management do not offer undergraduate courses.

The Hemvati Bahuguna Garhwal university is very good university for the Further studies. It has a very big garden and a big campus for the students and in this college the students can also do the sports. Infrastructure is very good. FEE STRUCTURE FOR ALL COURSES
