I believe a BDes degree in Fashion Design has more employment and higher salary prospects than a BA, especially when it comes to the creative and technical elements in the Fashion field. A BA in Fashion Design is more focused on the theoretical aspect of Fashion, like principles, history, and focus. For BA Fashion Design graduates, it is advisable to pursue further education, like a master's degree or a Diploma course.

If you belong to the General AI category, the UCEED cutoff 2026 for Round 1 was 40 for B.Des admission at IIT Hyderabad. The cutoff ranks vary by rounds and categories; therefore, candidates must target a lower cutoff rank to secure a seat at this institute.
