The dates regarding the commencement of BDes course at Sri Sri University will be revealed on the SS University's website. The admission portal of Sri University for the BDes course is currently open candidates can also register themselves for the SSU CET entrance examination. Additionally, If candidates have appeared in a qualifying examination and the result is awaited, they can apply provisionally and go through the admission process. Hence, candidates can apply now for admission to BDes at SSU.

No, Group Discussion or Personal Interview rounds are not at all mandatory in the BDes admission process of every college. There are more than 450 B Des colleges in India where the admission process differs depending on their set criteria.
If you are seeking admission to the top BDes colleges such as NIDs, NIFTs, or IITs then you may need to prepare for these rounds as they generally conduct them to assess and select candidates for the BDes program.

The eligibility criteria for the BDes course at Sri University is candidates must complete their higher senior secondary with a minimum aggregate of 50% from a recognised board of education and from any stream. Additionally, after applying for the course, candidates must appear in the Sri University in-house entrance test- SSU CET. The scores of this mentioned entrance exam are considered to get admission into the BDes course.

Yes, you can pursue a regular B Design course even if you have completed your Class 12 through distance education, as long as you meet the eligibility criteria set by the college, i.e., to pass Class 12 or its equivalent from a recognised board with a minimum of 50% aggregate score and also you should be not more than 24 years of age on the date of admission.
