B.Des Eligibility

In order to secure the NIFT Rank scholarship at Pearl Academy, Mumbai, candidates need to secure a rank between 1 and 1000 in the NIFT entrance exam. Aside from this, candidates are also required to qualify and appear for the Creative Arts Education Society Entrance Examination.

Only candidates who have cleared their Class 12 board exams will be offered the aforementioned Pearl Academy, Mumbai scholarship.

NIFT Hyderabad gives maximum weightage to NIFT Entrance Exam in the selection process. Below are the selection parameters and their weightage for BDes admission:

The students who want to pursue BDesign course from Sharda School of Design must obtain at least 50% marks in class 12^th exams. They must have excellent communication skills in English and must be a creative person. Interested students must apply early to ensure timely admission into BDesign course at Sharda School of Design. The college provides various specialisations in BDesign course.

B.Des programme at NIFT Hyderabad requires you to pass your class 12 or equivalent exam from a recognised board. You must be under 24 years of age as of August 1st of the admission year (with 5-year relaxation for SC/ST/PwD), and qualify for the NIFT Entrance Exam (CAT & GAT). Candidates holding a 3 or 4-year Diploma in engineering or a class 12 equivalent from a recognised board (including IB or NIOS) are also eligible. 

The BDes programme at NIF Global, Vashi is a four-year course. The entire course is divided into eight semesters. Candidates who have passed Class 12 are eligible to apply for BDes programme at NIF Global, Vashi.

NIFT Mumbai offers BDes course to students at the UG level. It is offered for 4 years in several specialisations. To be eligible for BDes at National Institute of Fashion and Technology, candidates must fulfil the eligibility criteria set by the college. Candidates must be Class 12 passed or equivalent exam from a recognised board. 

The eligibility requirements for enrollment into BDes course at NIF Global Jaipur is so basic, in which students are requried to complete their Class 12 with decent scores. The BDes programs are offered under WISE (Work Integrated Skill Education) as per NEP 2020  (National Education Policy 2020).

The basic eligibility requirement for the BDes programme at IIAD Delhi is pass in Class 12th with a minimum of 60% aggregate and the accepted entrance examination is IIAD Entrance Exam. The eligibility criteria may change, hence reach the official website for completed details. 

LISAA School of Design, Bangalore has a common criteria for its scholarship scheme. BDes aspirants need to meet this criteria for scholarship benefits. The requirements are mentioned below:

• Class 10 and 12 performance/ LISAA CAT exam and personal interview
• Parents / family gross income should be below INR 4 lakh
