To be eligible for the Bachelor of Design (B.Des.) in Fashion Design at the Leonardo da Vinci School of Design (LSOD), MGM University, Aurangabad, candidates must meet the following criteria:

  • Educational Qualification: Successful completion of 10+2 or equivalent examination from a recognised board.

  • Minimum Marks: A minimum aggregate score of 40% in the qualifying examination.

  • Entrance Examination: Qualifying score in the MGMU Common Entrance Test (MGMU CET).

These requirements apply to all B.Des. specializations offered by LSOD, including Fashion Design.

Yes, candidates can appear for SSU CET for admission to BDes before appearing for Class 12 final examination. Hence, candidates whose results of class 12 are awaited can still appear for the SSU-CET. However, the admissions will be provisional and confirmed upon receipt of the final scores.

The application deadline for the BDes programme at Sri University for the 2025-26 academic year is August 30, 2025. Candidates are required to fill out their application form on time and before the deadline. However, this is the tentative date released by the university. SSU can make any changes to the last date to submit the BDes application. So, candidates must visit the official website of the university frequently to keep updated about the admission dates.

No, candidates are not required to appear in the CUET UG for admission to BDes at Sri Univeristy. However, candidates must appear in the SSU CET entrance exam for admission to the BDes course at SSU. This entrance exam is an in-house entrance exam of the university. SSU-CET is a multiple-choice objective test with four options to choose from.

Yes, Sri Univerity offers seat reservations for sports to BDes students. The eligibility criteria to get the reservation is those who have represented the state during the last three years at national level sports shall get 10% weightage of marks over and above the aggregate career marks.
