No, BDes is not mandatory to obtain to be eligible for MDes Product Design admission. You can have a bachelor's degree in any discipline relevant to your field such as Industrial Design, Automobile Design, etc. Many BTech graduates also opt for MDes programs based on their interests and future goals.

Hi, some of the basic differences between a BSc and BDes in Fashion Design is, first the course focus. A BSc programme is more focused on the technical and scientific elements of fashion production, such as its fabric properties and manufacturing processes. Meanwhile BDes is focused on the artistic and creative side of the Design.

Therefore, their course curriculum and syllabus also differs. Hi, BDes in Fashion Design can be expensive if you want to pursue it from top colleges like NIFTs, NIDs, Symbiosis, FDDIs, Amity University, etc. However, many Fashion Design colleges in India offer BDes courses in an affordable fee range such as Visva Bharati University, IEC University, International School of Design, JD School of Design, etc. You can research thoroughly about these colleges and then decide which institute you want to opt for.

ARCH College of Design and Business BDes in Interior Design is a 4 year UG level programme. ACDB Jaipur offers BDes in Interior Design in affiliation with University of Rajasthan. The college offers this course based on the eligibility of merit and AIEED entrance exam.

ARCH College of Design and Business fee structure offers BDes in Interior Design for the total tuition fees of INR 13.2 Lacs to INR 17.4 Lakh.
