Yes, there is communication design specialisation offered in B.Des at the Symbiosis institute of design
In addition to the above there are around 10 specialisations offered in B.Des in the Symbiosis institute of design.
Communication design also a 4 years course and it has the 8 semesters having 30+ students in a specialisation with 3 faculty for 30+ students

B.Des in fashion design at the Symbiosis institute of design has the fee of around Rs.380000 per year
Where fashion design is a 4 years course and the fee will raised 20k to 30k per year
At end of 4 years total fee would be around 16,50,000 will be expected.
And the hostel fee will be around 1,70,000 per year it also change based on the room sharing 3 or 4 the less members the fee will increased.
