As per the personal feedback, I have came across. The B.Des is a qualitative course over here as they start with basics of it and improves your skills to a great extent. All the assignments and exhibition will give you a great exposure.

The syllabus is very general to your 12th class knowledge based. Basic questions will be asked related to general knowledge and the current affairs related to arts.

Hi Priti,
Yes, you can. The UPSC eligibility criteria want you to be a graduate in any stream. But, do give it a thought why you want to pursue fashion and then become an IAS. It gets quite contradictory.

Hi Aisha,
Generally, the counselling gives you an idea if your rank is eligible for admission in the given college. But I highly doubt that you will be eligible for the admission with the compartment as you cannot pursue graduation without submitting your class 12 certificates and mark sheets.

Key differences between B.Arch in Interior Design and B.Des in Interior Design.
B.Arch in Interior Design is an engineering course having a duration of five years. Candidates who have passed plus two with the subjects Mathematics, Physics and Chemistry can only join this course. B. Des in Interior Design is a four-year course which focuses only on the interior designing of the building. Candidates who have passed plus two in any stream can join this course.
