Yes, of course. It's Indeed nice to hear from you that in spite of some years after you have completed your BE and while you are working, you are thinking of studying and do your PG in engineering via distance mode. Just make sure that the institution or the university from which you intend to do your PG by distance education is having all the required statutory permissions.

Hello Nilesh,
I must say that you have set yourself a good aim / goal that you want to achieve. Scoring just below 60% in your graduation in engineering and still want to proceed to Germany for MS is definitely going to take some work by you. First and foremost never say never! Have a positive attitude. Admissions in universities abroad are based on a wider spectrum of criteria and not exclusively on academics. Hence I feel you have some chance. I would advise you to approach an agency dealing with sending students to Germany for MS because such Agencies will be knowing different nuances in the whole process.
