Yes, you can join M.Tech in computer science, you need to attempt the entrance exam of CSE. My suggestion is to go for a regular college to pursue M.Tech, distance learning is not advisable and doesn't have much value.

The B.E. admission in this college are done through the Directorate of Technical Education Maharashtra by using Common Admission Process (CAP). For getting admission in this college you have to appear in MHT-CET(Common entrance test). The eligibility criteria for MHT-CET is as under.
ELigibility :- Passed HSC or its equivalent examination with Physics and Mathematics as compulsory subjects along with one of the Chemistry or Biotechnology or Biology or Technical Vocational subjects, and obtained at least 50 % marks (at least 45 % marks, in case of Backward class categories and Persons with Disability candidates belonging to Maharashtra S

Hello Sanvi,
German universities or institutions are known to accept students with high or excellent academic record right from 10th standard onwards. However there are many other nuances to the whole process. If you can convince as to why you got such less percentage in your BE, perhaps you stand the chance of getting admission. However its best to approach a specialised agency for such issues and I would strongly recommend that you approach an agency that is dealing with and which has sent many students to Germany for their MS.

Hello Bala,If you had given some additional information, it would have been better to advise you. Anyway let me attempt. Distance education universities like IGNOU have a well laid out procedure wherein a student registers online and university sends study material by post/courier. Assignments need to be submitted to designated study centers. Some universities have everything online. Study material is sent online, assignments are to be online and exam is also online but at designated places. Once you download brochure of any such University, you will come to know all about it. Placement is very good in many top companies like Mecedez, Richer, Ashok Leyland visit the campus for recruitment. These are core companies and many non core companies also visit the campus.
