Wait for the final rank, before that we cannot predict that you are eligible or not. The final AIR will come in April 2019 and the best of 2 JEE Mains scores will be taken into account.

There are many scopes of an MBA graduate in India, especially those with Engineering background, as most of the companies want B.Tech with MBA people, so there is no dearth of scopes, all you need to do is to gain good knowledge and apply them. Have you applied to any MBA COLLEGE? Have you given any entrance exam?

Presently, there is no need for you to worry. This is because the Mumbai bench of the Mumbai High Court has got the assurance from Government of Maharashtra that they will not implement this policy till the 6th of February when the court will be hearing the case for its final disposition. If Mumbai High Court permits reservation then obviously you will be the affected party but on the other hand if Mumbai High Court accepts the petitions and does not allow the reservation then the status quo Ante will be restored. Best wishes to you.
